The Church Council is comprised of the Senior Pastor, the Co-Pastor, Elders, Council Secretary, Deacons/Deaconesses and the Executive Administrator. The Church Council meets monthly and functions as the business arm of the church.
Deaconess Andrea Beverly
Andrea Beverly was born in Jamaica, West Indies; she immigrated to Brooklyn, New York at age 16. She is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. She is currently a District Resource Teacher for Hillsborough County Public Schools. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at age 14; and she has been serving him faithfully since 1984. She is married to Rhett Beverly and is the mother of two children Brandon 21 and Laura 16. She has been a member of Living Faith Assembly of God since 1989. Her passion is to see women of God empowered to utilize their gifts and talents, as they walk in their God given purpose. She is also blessed with a strong prophetic and watchmen's anointing which strengthens, edifies and encourages the body of Christ as a whole. She is currently involved in the following ministries:

Deaconess Tuesday Fredricks
Deaconess Tuesday Fredricks rededicated her life to Christ at Living Faith Assembly of God in June 2002. Shortly after, she began serving in the Sunday School Department, teaching the 10 to 12 year olds. Having a great hunger to learn more about the things of God, she participated in many ministries: Intercessory Prayer, Altar Ministry and Couple's Ministry to name a few. In June 2007 she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from Life Christian University. In March 2008, she was elected to the Church Council as a deaconess and serves as the Council's Secretary.
Deaconess Fredricks is a Tampa native and has been married for 13 years to her high school sweetheart, Marco. They have 2 boys, Marco III (11) and Malachi (6).
Deaconess Fredricks is a pharmacist and graduated from Florida A&M University in 1995. She utilizes her healthcare background to minister health and wholeness to edify and build God's people everywhere.
Junior Deaconess Christian Hines
Christian has been attending Living Faith since she was 10. She started out in the missionette ministry where she was nurtured as a young girl about the love of Christ. She is a passionate writer and the Lord uses her gifts to minister to others and offer words of encouragement. Because of the love she has learned through Christ, it is her desire to see the children and young women everywhere, embrace the Lord as their savior and be inspired to live out their Godly purpose and exercise their gifts. She currently serves in Children Church ministry as a helper, Women of virtue Ministry worker and is a Junior Council member.
Deacon Larry Keith
Deacon Larry Keith gave his life to the Lord at the age of 12. Born and raised in Charleston, S.C. he was a member of Ebenezer AME Church. He rededicated his life to the Lord in 2000 and became a member of Living Faith. Since becoming a member, he has served as an usher, head usher, and is currently co-superintendent of the Word of Life Institute with his wife, Felicia. He is also a member of the Men's and Couples Ministries. Deacon Keith is a retired veteran of the USAF. As a veteran of the armed forces, he has experienced the various cultures of the United Kingdom, Denmark, North Africa, the Philippines, and Vietnam. He also retired from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He enjoys travelling, reading, walking and shopping with his wife. He graduated from St. Leo College in 1984. Deacon Keith and his wife are the proud parents of 3 children and 6 grandchildren. They currently reside in Lithia, Florida.
Deaconess Kimberly Kinsler
Dr. Kinsler has been an active member of Living Faith since moving to Florida in 1996. In addition to serving on the Church Council, she has been involved with the following ministries: Missionettes, Nursery, Small Group Leader and Children's Church. Dr. Kinsler has been married to Marvin for 16 years and they have two children, Marissa and Kendall.
Dr. Kinsler is a licensed psychologist and licensed clinical social worker. In her daily work, she has been able to combine Biblical principles with psychological training to minister to and bring help to those who hurt.
Deacon Darryl Smith
Deacon Smith's relationship with the Lord started on October 25, 1998 at a Billy Graham Crusade in Tampa Florida. It was at that time, his fellowship at Living Faith Assembly of God had begun. Shortly thereafter, it was apparent that God began developing him for service, starting with Usher Ministry and Evangelism.
In May of 2002, Deacon Smith and his lovely wife Mattiese; were joined as one. This union has brought with it three (3) sons and a daughter; Darryl, Curtis, De'Shawn, and Devin as well as three (3) grandchildren.
Deacon Smith was elected to serve on the church council in December of 2005, and most recently appointed as head of Usher/Greeter Ministry. He supports the Elders in Intercessory Prayer, and New Convert/Guest Administration. He and his wife also support the Pastors in Visitation/Shut-in Ministry. He is a participant with Men's Mentoring and involved in several neighborhood projects as community liaison. He is currently pursuing theological studies with the Berean Bible School, UBTC campus.
Deacon Brad Sutton
Deacon Sutton is originally from the Eastern Seaboard area of North Carolina known as the "Tobacco Belt." He joined and was baptized at Small's Chapel United Church of Christ as a young man. There he ushered, sang in the choir, and taught Sunday school.
The military brought him to Tampa where he met and married his wife, Cheryl. They have three adult children, Latoya, Julian, and Adrian. Deacon Sutton joined Living Faith Assembly of God in 1992 and became one of the original members of the Men's Ministry that same year. He later served as assistant to the director. He has taught various age groups in Sunday school since 1993 and he and his wife were Children Church teachers as well. Deacon Sutton was also a Royal Ranger councilman. He works in the usher ministry and in 2007 he was installed as the president of the Men's Ministry which oversees the Boys Ministry and the Van Ministry. In 2008 he was elected as a deacon. His desire is that the men will realize why God made them in His own image and then rededicate themselves to Him with all their heart.
